SAKE

  I drank this Japanese sake with my superiors. That is Gifu’s Sake. It was so great taste!!

  On last Golden Week holidays, my superior “M” went to Gifu to meet friend “S” of an online game. I know S too, but we have never met him outside of computer. People call this meeting style “Off meeting”. I wanted to go to Gifu with my superior, but I had another plan, so I couldn’t go to there and meet S. My superior and S went to old sake cellars (like a wine cellar) and try drink their sake. My superior is strong about alcohol, but S is very weak, so S drank a lot by sample tasting.

  My superior bought sake for his friend living same house and me. We drank on May 14^th at my superior’s house. We drank four kinds of sake, Ten-ryo(天領), Uwa-zumi(上澄), Himuro(氷室), and Otoko-Zake(男酒). I’m not strong about alcohol, but I enjoyed that drinking party. I promised go to Gifu with them. Cheers!!
